The Planning Division provides Staff support to the Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals and Appearance Review Commission.
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE:
Virtual Public Hearing - A virtual public hearing was held on Monday, October 12, 2020 and Monday, November 9, 2020. After hearing testimony from the petitioner and the general public, the Plan Commission recommended the Village Board of Trustees approve the proposed document.
The Village Board of Trustees reviewed the Comprehensive Plan on Tuesday, February 23, 2021. For further updates, please contact John Spoden at (847) 918-2028.
