Construction Advisory - Lange Court
The gas main installation is substantially complete on your street. During the week of May 1, the road contractor, ALamp, will be on the street restoring the sidewalks on both sides of the street. During work hours (7A-5P) please do not park on the street. If sidewalk is poured through your driveway, you will not be able to access your driveway for a period of approximately 5 days. A separate notice will be delivered to your door with information on driveway closures.
After the sidewalk is complete, ALamp will begin construction of new curbs, one side of the street at a time. During this work, please do not park on the street during work hours. When the curb is poured in front of your driveway, you will not be able to access the driveway for a period of approximately 7 days. A separate notice will be delivered to your door with information on driveway closures.
After the curbs are poured and cured, ALamp will remove what is left of the old road pavement and reconstruct a new road. This will require excavation up to two feet deep down the entire road. During this period, no residents will have access to their driveways for approximately two weeks while the road base is constructed and the first two layers of asphalt are placed.
