- Financial Assistance:
- CARES Act Resources for Business: Refer to the Guide to available programs and application process, FAQs document (small business answers begin page 6), and Flyer. Note application for the Emergency Disaster Loan is applied for online through the SBA while other programs such as the Payroll Protection are through financial institutions. Contact your local banker or refer to the list of active SBA lenders. If a businesses wish to begin preparing their application, they can download a sample form to see the information that will be requested from them. The program will be available through June 30, 2020. Funds were fully appropriated for the programs as of 4-16-20, it is anticipated additional allocation will occur. 4-17-20 edit
- Payroll Protection Application: It is suggested business start with application to their local bank, additional lenders accepting application from new or non-bank customers are listed in this article. See above allocation note. 4-17-20 edit
- IL Dept of Commerce Small Business Loan; announced 3/25/20; loan continues; hospitality grant application closed.
- Facebook Business Grants & Ad Boost Credits: Application opens April 22nd for a two-week window, details here. 4-21-22 edit
