Status:  Preliminary Plat of Subdivision, Planned Development Concept Plan, and Special Use Permit for Planned Development recommended for approval by the Village Board 6/27/17.

La Villa Apartments

Description: Redevelopment of the historic downtown multi-use structure,La Villa Aparments
 to add 8 apartment units in the upper two floors, in the space previously used by a dance studio. The upper floors were at one time the La Villa movie theater.

Status: Currently seeking Special Use Permit for Pay-in-Lieu of Parking, Text Amendment, and Site Plan Permit.
